Front Desk Administration


Orange Property Management is seeking a front desk team member to join their growing team in the Fargo corporate office.


Job Description:

  • Greet guests in a professional, and friendly manner in person and on the phone.
  • Opens mail and distributes every morning. Sign for deliveries as needed.
  • Credit card reconciliation and receipt entry
  • Maintains kitchen supply inventory.
  • Light cleaning and dusting.
  • Assist with answering phones
  • Other duties as assigned.


What we are looking for:

  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Individual must be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills, as well as proven customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail oriented, organized, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to view challenges as opportunities to learn and develop new talents.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Adaptability to a paperless work environment.

  • Computer (required)
  • AppFolio (preferred)
  • Scanner (preferred)
  • Microsoft Office (preferred)


Physical Setting:

  • Corporate Office setting with business casual attire.
